FocusFit is operated by Natapol Supap. Contact: bruno.natapol@gmail.com. This policy describes the native FocusFit app and this support website.
Profile and training data
The app stores the name and optional photo you provide, birth year, height, weight, goals, experience, muscle priorities, equipment, training days, requests, limitations, plans, recorded sets and workout history on your device. These are used to create and track your routine.
Sign in with Apple
Sign in with Apple is optional. Apple may provide an account identifier, name and email according to your authorization and its sign-in rules. The app saves available profile information locally. It does not receive your Apple password. To revoke access when deleting a connected profile, the app sends a fresh Apple authorization code and Apple user identifier over HTTPS to a Cloudflare-hosted FocusFit service, which exchanges and revokes Apple tokens. The service does not intentionally persist these tokens. Cloudflare may retain operational request metadata and logs under its service policies.
Apple Health
With your permission, FocusFit reads height, body mass and birth year. If you enable Save workouts to Health and allow write access, completed movements are saved as workouts with actual start/end times. Calories are not estimated. Health data is not used for advertising or sent to the account-revocation service or cloud AI. Revoke access in the Health app. Turning off access or deleting FocusFit does not delete records already saved in Health.
Optional iCloud backup
When you choose Back up now, your name, profile photo, routine and planned training days are saved to the app's private CloudKit database in your iCloud account. Body measurements, birth year, health notes and workout history remain local. The developer does not use a public database for these backups. Deleting current local app data does not erase older iCloud/device backups; manage stored backups through Apple's iCloud settings.
Planning and AI
You remain in control of your plan and exercise choices. Initial planning and movement lookup can use the local catalogue. Plan coach offers OpenAI online coaching through the FocusFit server after explicit consent, or on-device coaching on supported devices. Online coaching prepares a draft; review and apply it yourself. If a request fails, your saved plan is unchanged. AI can make mistakes. No generated plan is a medical assessment.
Purchases, reminders and widgets
Apple processes payments. FocusFit reads verified StoreKit transactions to determine and restore Premium access; it does not receive full card information. Local reminders and Live Activities may display movement names, set progress and countdowns on the Lock Screen. Widget data is shared with the app's widget extension on the device. Control notification previews and permissions in iOS Settings.
Exercise media and the website
The app includes all 75 anatomical animations and thumbnails for offline use. Viewing them does not contact YouTube or another media provider. Opening a source-credit link or this support website sends normal network and browser information to that website under its own policy, without your training profile. This website has no advertising or analytics script operated by the app. Cloudflare processes network requests to deliver and protect the website.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you delete them in the app or through device controls. In Today > profile > Delete data and account, confirm deletion. Connected Apple profiles require Apple confirmation for access revocation. Successful deletion resets first-time setup. This does not delete your Apple Account, subscription, existing Health records, provider logs or older backups. If revocation fails, the app explains the local-only alternative before confirmation. Your choices
Edit your profile and plan, decline optional Apple/Health connections, revoke permissions in system settings and request help by email. The developer may not hold a retrievable copy of locally stored training data. If you contact support, your message and necessary troubleshooting information are used to respond and retained only as needed to resolve requests or meet legal obligations.
Security, children and updates
Use a device passcode and protect your backups. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. FocusFit is not directed to children. Contact us about access, correction or deletion requests. Changes to this policy will appear with a revised date.
Online AI consent and processing
Online plan coaching uses OpenAI through a FocusFit service hosted on Cloudflare after explicit consent. It sends your messages, recent conversation, current routine, goals, muscle priorities, training weekdays, equipment, experience, session length and user-entered training restrictions. Apple Health records, body measurements, workout history, photos, name and Apple Account details are not sent. Avoid entering unnecessary identifying or sensitive information. Requests and responses are not stored on the FocusFit server; request-body logging is disabled. Aggregate request counts and usage costs are stored to enforce service limits. OpenAI may retain API data under its service policies, and Cloudflare processes network data to provide and secure the service. Conversations stay in memory while the screen is open. You can choose on-device coaching instead. Internet is required for online coaching; a failed request does not silently change your saved plan.
